Washing and Storage Tips
Remove leaves and trim the base if needed. Place in a colander and rinse under water. Pat dry before storing. Store unwashed cauliflower in a bag in the refrigerator for up to a week. Cut and washed cauliflower should be stored in an airtight container and used within 5 days.
