Washing and Storage Tips

Remove outer leaves and rinse the head under cool water. For extra cleaning, you can soak in a vinegar-water solution for a few minutes and follow up with another rinse. Store whole heads in the fridge. Cabbage will last up to two weeks if kept dry.
