Washing and Storage Tips

Hold apples under cool running water for 10-20 seconds to remove any dirt. Soaking apples in a solution of water and baking soda for 10 minutes can remove any pesticide residues. After washing, let the apples fully dry before storing. Store dry apples in the refrigerator or in a bag on the counter. Apples will keep for up to two weeks after ripening. Any damaged fruit should be used as soon as possible to avoid waste.

U-Pick Guide

When picking apples, use your hand to gently twist and pull the apple from the tree. Avoid picking off leaves and branches as this can harm unripe fruit and the tree.
