Not only does the Kentucky Exposition host the National Farm Machinery Show this week, it is also home to the Championship Tractor Pull that attracts some of the top competitors from across the country.  Kentucky Venues President David Beck says there will be new announcers and great pulling action on the track in Freedom Hall.

CBOT futures closed mostly higher, albeit by only a few pennies. Today’s price increases appeared to be from corrective buying after the recent weakness. Live cattle closed slightly lower and feeder cattle closed higher. Lean Hog closed lower except in the nearby February LH contract.
