Kentucky Congressman James Comer, who serves on the House Agriculture Committee, says he is pleased with work that is underway to implement the 2018 Farm Bill.  Comer also discussed agricultural hemp, the 2019 farming outlook and other issues during a visit with host Alan Watts at the Congressman's Washington office.
