Princeton in Caldwell County is the home of Kentucky’s Black Patch Festival, which is a celebration of the tobacco industry in the commonwealth.  Princeton Optimist Club member Roy Gene Rogers talks about the history of the black patch region and how the Black Patch Festival began in the 1930’s.

An auctioneer from Fairview sold the Grand Champion Kentucky Country Ham during the 56th Annual Kentucky Farm Bureau Country Ham Breakfast at the Kentucky State Fair.  We meet auctioneer Jonathon Hoover, find out about how it was to sell the ham and learn what gave him his start as an auctioneer.
