United States Energy Secretary Rick Perry and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell recently made stops in Kentucky to discuss energy and innovation.  Secretary Perry discussed four keys to economic growth, deregulation and his outlook for Kentucky during a stop in Hopkinsville Thursday, April 5th.

Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue says President Donald Trump has a strategy for dealing with trade and has authorized him to provide resources for farmers affected by trade negotiations.  Secretary Perdue met with farmers and agriculture leaders from around the state during a stop at Hinton Mills in Mays Lick Thursday, April 5th.

The Rotary Club in Cadiz is giving one person the chance to blow up the eighty year-old bridge that crosses Lake Barkley.  After securing permission to let someone punch the button, the club began soliciting bids for the demolition of the Lawrence Memorial Bridge on Wednesday, April 11th.
