Caleb Ashley competes in Kentucky Farm Bureau's State Outstanding Youth Contest
Harlan County High School senior Caleb Ashley represented Harlan County and District 11 in Kentucky Farm Bureau’s State Outstanding Youth Contest in Louisville. Ashley's speech was on "The Importance of Honeybees to Agriculture" and was delivered before more than 1,000 Farm Bureau Members.
